A Shoot ‘m Up on CD-i? Is it possible? Well, there’s multiple, so clearly, yes. The real question is, can one be good? We’ll be finding out if this is the case for […]

The first project by Ape Law and I’d say it has potential after playing through it! It’s definitely immersive and delivers a rather unsettling world to explore in the demo. A demo which is also rather big on content, so that explains the length of the video… well that combined with me being a pussy when it comes to horror games!
I’m not fully convinced the game is as big of a step forward in the world of adventrue games as the devs claim it to be, but so far it has peaked my interest. The game, for me, feels a bit like a mix between Bioshock, some Amnessia and a dash of Antichamber.
The game is build upon the Unreal 4 engine and is build with the Oculus Rift in mind, which I don’t own. It’s perfectly playing without though.
You can find some more info on the game on the Kickstarter page that Ape Law has put up. If you’re interested in help fund the game, $10 bucks will get you the first episode, once released!

Thanks man! The game can be very annoying for sure and that energy drain on the mapscreen is just unfair.

Coasters are awesome! Would love to visit the Orlando area sometime and check out the parks there for some fun rides action.
Over here we have a couple of parks and most have at least one roller coaster. Most […]

I take a look at a rather obscure CD-i game, which actually manages to get some impressive feats done on that system everyone just loves to hate. The game also has an interesting history with some big names from today. Does this all mean the game is fun though? It is still CD-i after all… well let’s find out shall we!

I was kind of curious about that as well. I also didn’t see it on the showfloor (although I might have missed it). The only thing I saw there MGS related was the 3DS game, which I have no real interest in to be honest.

Yeah, agreed. The one that looked best to me was NeverDead and it played fine too, but it’s nothing special either. Not very impressive overall indeed.

I’ve got to admit, I’m a sucker for Point ‘N Click adventure games. I love those old Sierra days. We had so many great and amazing adventures back then! But is this genre all dead and forgotten? Well, not if Daedalic Entertainment has anything to say about it! As of today, we can get a glimpse for […]

Game looks great, I’m not a big fan of fighting games, but I might check this out for just the story mode. That does look pretty interesting and fun. So much better than that old Konquest crap!
LOL @ Yoshi!
