While you’re free to have your own opinion on these games, it is not an opinion I share with you. There are far more repetitive and grindy experiences than Metal Gear Solid V and Death Stranding, which I don’t really feel like qualify as grinding games anyway. Either way, I enjoyed both of those games and your comment won’t change that.
