Nuclear Blaze Ignites on Steam This Month From Dead Cells Designer
Remember when you were five years old and your Nana asked you what you wanted to be when you grew up? Remember telling her that you wanted to be a firefighter? Well here we are, 20+ years later, and you decided to be something else instead. Oh the shame! But good news: you can live your former dreams (and redeem yourself with Nana) with the upcoming Steam game Nuclear Blaze!
Created by Sébastien Benard, who was the lead designer and developer for Dead Cells, Nuclear Blaze has a very similar aesthetic. Taking control of a trained firefighter, players will have to clear the fires that have broken out, and continue to break out in the mysterious facility you find yourself in. Utilizing your fire hose, the existing sprinkler system, and a dodge mechanic, players will have to rely on wit and reflexes. As an added bonus, there is a mystery to explore and cats to save! And to top it off, there is even a “kid mode”, allowing youngsters the ability to take on this challenging game. For a video reference, check out the trailer below:
While console versions haven’t been announced yet, PC players can wishlist Nuclear Blaze on Steam now. And with the game officially launching on October 18th, the wait won’t be long.
