New Party Game, What The Dub?!, Announced by Wide Right Interactive
Indie game developer Wide Right Interactive (studio behind Freedom Finger) has just pulled the curtain back on their new party game, What The Dub?! today. Fans of shows like Mystery Science Theater 3000 would likely enjoy this new multiplayer experience, as players will take turns dubbing over public domain B-movie clips, old PSAs, and strange industrial films. What The Dub?! will even be accessible for streaming audiences utilizing a secondary device like a phone, tablet or computer to play. Check out the announcement trailer below.
Over 300 clips will be available for players to do as they please with the dialogue. Using text-to-speech technology, players will be able to see and hear their dubs instantly in the game. With hours of content, What The Dub?! will surely provide entertainment for many party sessions.
What The Dub?! will release on April 8th, 2021 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. Are you looking forward to this new party game? Let us know in the comments below!
