Sony Continuing Play At Home Initiative For Another Year
A day before announcing March’s PS Plus offerings, Sony announced that they are continuing their Play At Home initiative. In an effort to keep people at home and limit the spread of COVID-19 (and its variants), Sony unveiled Play At Home last April. And even though vaccinations are being distributed, the world continues to feel the effects of this ongoing pandemic.
This time around, Sony is offering 2016’s Ratchet & Clank for the PS4 and an extended trial period for the anime service Funimation. Ratchet & Clank will be available to download for free for the entire month of March and the Funimation offer will start on March 25th. Instead of its standard 14-day free trial, new users will get an additional 90 days of the service for free. Sony also mentioned that this is just the beginning of this year’s Play At Home offerings. We will have to be patient and see what is unveiled in the coming weeks. For Sony’s full press release, click here.
