Earlier today, Nintendo released a new trailer for Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury, the upcoming enhanced port for the Nintendo Switch. While many fans already know about Super Mario 3D World, they’ve been anxiously awaiting information on Bowser’s Fury. Well today, we finally get to see what it’s all about. Check out the brand new trailer below!

In this brand new mode, Bowser becomes bigger than he’s ever been, seemingly losing all control. Teaming up with Bowser Jr., Mario will have to put a stop to Bowser’s rampage. This mode looks to be single player only, but it changes thing up quite a bit. Instead of being level based, it appears to take place in one open biome, similar to the large areas in Super Mario Odyssey. It also seems quite challenging, utilizing all of Mario’s abilities in combination with the artistic skills of Bowser Jr. Invisible paths, multiple bosses, and of course, dealing with Bowser himself, Mario will need all of his courage for this ordeal. That, or a giant cat bell to even the odds.

Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury is set to release on February 12th, 2021 exclusively for Nintendo Switch.
