If you haven’t been following Pigminted, it might be a good time to start. The woodwork artist has made some amazing pieces inspired by comics and videogames, and he doesn’t seem to be stopping anytime soon. His most recent project seems to take inspiration from the recent Paper Mario: The Origami King for the Nintendo Switch. For those familiar with the battle system in that game, Pigminted has recreated the ring system battle for Mario and several Goombas. Take a look at the video below.

As you can see, the diorama works just like it does in the game, allowing Mario to line up his enemies. Unfortunately, there are no coins to gain here, but for a side project, this is incredibly cool.
