Resident Evil: Resistance is Getting Tons of Free DLC Tomorrow
Resident Evil: Resistance, the multiplayer spin-off title in Capcom’s legendary horror franchise, is getting a new update tomorrow. This update will contain several new features, and best of all, it’s all free. This continues a streak of free updates after getting Jill Valentine as a playable survivor and Nicholai Ginovaef as a playable Mastermind. When we reviewed Resident Evil: Resistanceearlier this year, we awarded it a 7.5 out of 10, but were optimistic with the future updates. Looks like the developers are making good on that support. Check out what’s in store in the trailer below.
First of all, we have a new map: Prison. Giving zombies with prison stripes and many jail cells, this seems like the perfect addition to the game. It honestly gives me Resident Evil: Revelations 2 vibes. I look forward to using this new map as I set traps and obstacles as a Mastermind.
The update also adds several new skins for both the survivors, as well as the infected. One of the new sets of skins gives the survivors a fun animal theme. This also gives certain weapons silly new looks as well. Every want to beat up Nemesis with a giant corndog? Well now you can. The update will also give new balance changes as well, so hopefully it helps to keep fans engaged. Check out the new content in the gallery below.
