Jump Force Deluxe Edition is Coming to Nintendo Switch, Shoto Todoroki Jump-starts Character Pass 2
In a double announcement today, Bandai Namco has revealed that Jump Force is coming to the Nintendo Switch and My Hero Academia’s Shoto Todoroki will begin the second character pass for the game. Jump Force Deluxe Edition brings all the original content plus the original character pass to Nintendo’s home console. This is great progress, as previous Bandai Namco ports often still have players purchase the DLC separately. This might make it worth it for people that held off the original release on other platforms. Check out the trailer below.
Jump Force Deluxe Edition will offer poprtability, but will also include a six-player local multiplayer mode as well. From the look of screenshots, it seems the game will be slightly less detailed than other platforms, but it still seems to look great in action. You can take a look at the gallery of screenshots below to judge for yourself. The game is set to launch sometime later this year, and the second wave of DLC will be available on the Switch as well.
Moving on to Todoroki, this hot and cool hero brings his quirk to the stage with style. He marks the fourth My Hero Academia character to join Jump Force, and the 53rd character overall. While no additional characters were announced for the second character pass, we do know the series they will come from. The game will get another Hunter X Hunter character, as well as another Yu Yu Hakusho character, another Bleach character, and another Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure character. My money is on Leorio Paradinight, Hiei, Uryu Ishida, and Giorno Giovanna. You can check out the trailer below to see Todoroki in action. He releases this Spring for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, and likely will be available when the Switch version launches.
