Crysis Remastered Has Leaked, Coming to Nintendo Switch and Other Platforms [UPDATE]

It seems that Crytek’s Crysis announcement has leaked early. For the last few days, Crytek has been teasing something Crysis related, and many fans speculated a remaster of the original title. Looks like fans discovered some of those plans early, as using backdoors to the Crysis website allows access to the main page. When you reach the main site, a Crysis Remastered logo is on full display, with platforms below. It looks like it’ll be coming to PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and for the first time ever, a Nintendo console with the Nintendo Switch. It’s also been revealed that Saber Interactive is helping with all versions of the remaster.

It seems like a smart move, especially bringing it to Nintendo’s portable home console. It just raises the question, “can the Switch run Crysis?” And apparently, the answer is yes. We’ll likely hear more later in the day as the website leak is likely preparing for an imminent announcement. In the event of an official announcement, this post will be updated. (UPDATE: teaser trailer below). For now, what do you think? Are you looking forward to Crysis Remastered? Let us know in the comments below!
