Remnant: From The Ashes Physical Release Announced

Austrian video game publisher THQ Nordic announced today that they have secured the distribution rights for a physical release of Remnant: From The Ashes. Physical copies will launch on March 17, 2020 and will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC at a $39.99 price point. As of now, no collector’s edition or pre-order bonuses have been announced. I enjoyed my time with the game, but did find some flaws. Most of those flaws have been addressed in patches since its digital launch last year though. Since then, new features have been added, and a content roadmap from Gunfire Games promises more to come.

So what do you think? Did you download the game when it released last August but still want a physical version? Or did you pass on the game initially but find yourself ready to jump in to the fray now? Let us know in the comments below.

I still haven’t tried the game, but it’s cool that it’s coming out physically.

Yeah! Pretty cool for people who haven’t played it yet and/or collectors. If you’re into third person shooters and/or games similar to Dark Souls, it’s worth checking out. I wasn’t a big fan of the first hour or two, but I enjoyed the rest of my time with it 🙂
