During the Red Bull Dragon Ball FighterZ World TourFinals, Bandai Namco made a special announcement. Officially announcing Season 3 for Dragon Ball FighterZ, we saw footage of Ultra Instinct Goku in action. Yes, another Goku is joining the popular anime fighter. During the trailer, which can be seen below, we were given a tease of three more fighters to join the roster. After a few moments, a fused female voice is heard, and a fifth fighter, Kefla, is revealed.
Kefla was a popular request for the game, not only adding a more unique looking Saiyan, but another female to the lineup. Being the fusion of Kale and Caulifla, Saiyans from Universe 6, this powerful fighter will launch Season 3. The character will be available for purchase on February 28th for $4.99. Those that purchase FighterZ Pass 3 will gain two days of early access to the new fighters. This makes Kefla available on February 26th for FighterZ Pass 3 holders.
Ultra Instinct Goku is expected to release sometime this Spring, being the second character of FighterZ Pass 3. The Season 3 updates also seem to show off new dramatic finishes, and it’s confirmed that players will soon be able to select their Z Assist attacks.
