EA Play Dates Announced, No EA E3 Press Conference This Year

EA has announced the dates for their annual EA Play event in Los Angeles, California. The event starts on June 7th with a special kick off event in the evening. The remaining days will take place over that weekend, having a fan fest on June 8th and June 9th.

EA has also announced that they will be skipping an E3 press conference this year. Instead, they have chosen to hold multiple live stream events to showcase their new games. It’s an interesting choice, but it might be the best option for them this year.

EA Play is free to attend and dates for tickets to become available will be announced soon. The games for the event have yet to be announced, but most likely, we’ll get our first look at the EA Sports line, a potential new Need For Speed, new Apex Legends content, and more. We may even get more details on Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order, Respawn’s Star Wars title.

What do you think? Is skipping a press conference a good move for EA? Are you looking forward to their new games this year? Do you plan to attend EA Play? Let us know in the comments.

I wonder what’s the reason behind.

Sony backed out and now EA.

This got me thinking about Bethesda.

I guess Xbox and Nintendo will have the whole stage then.

I hope E3 isn’t just going to be about Halo Infinite, Bayonetta, Pokemon, Luigi’s Mansion, and Animal Crossing.
