New Dragon Ball Action RPG Game, “Project Z” Announced!
After days of teasing, Bandai Namco has unveiled their new Dragon Ball game. During the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour Finals at the Red Bull Final Summoning, a trailer was shown to reveal the new game, Dragon Ball Game – Project Z. Under what appears to be a working title, Dragon Ball Game – Project Z is an action RPG developed by CyberConnect2. Coming to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Steam, it looks to be similar to the Legacy of Goku games for the GameBoy Advance.
The trailer shows infamous moments from the early chapters of Dragon Ball Z history. Fans will likely enjoy reenacting these fights in a current generation action setting rather than a fighting game. Goku could be seen walking around familiar locales across the series, though that was the extent of the gameplay shown. We’ll hopefully have more information on Project Z soon, as we’re excited for an all new Dragon Ball Z action game.
