Metal Gear Orchestral Concert Comes to NYC and LA This Spring
Konami’s Metal Gear soundtrack will come alive this Spring in the form of a Metal Gear Orchestral Concert Series. With Australian singer Donna Burke and over 70 musicians, the music will be accompanied by HD game visuals. Nicholas Buc, Kyodo Tokyo, and French concert producer company La Fée Sauvage have banded together to give fans the ultimate Metal Gear music experience.
With the official Metal Gear Orchestral Concert Series, the group intends to showcase the most memorable moments from the games. Iconic background music from the Metal Gear Solid series like “Main Theme”, “Encounter” and “Father and Son” will be performed. Donna Burke will also sing hits like “The Best is Yet to Come”, “Snake Eater”, and “Heavens Divide” live for the audience.
The concert will be in New York City at the United Palace on March 23rd, 2019. After that, it’ll move to the Willshire Ebell Theatre on April 6th, 2019. For those interested in attending, tickets are available for both New York City and Los Angeles through Ticketfly. While Hideo Kojima is no longer involved with the series, it will be nice to relive the memories.
