Gamesoft was excited to announce that their debut title, ClockWork, has been upvoted to number 13 out of the more than 2,000 games on Steam Greenlight in just a week. “Thanks to the incredible outpouring of support from fans and the media,” they stated, “ClockWork has amassed thousands and thousands of upvotes, hundreds of notes of support and a thriving community of fans as the Steam Greenlight campaign enters its second week.”
They have also begun answering fan questions and posting regular blog updates via the website, Facebook and Steam.
Vishal Gumber, CEO of Gamesoft, commented, “A big thank-you to the fans who’ve voted for ClockWork so far – particularly those who found us through Jim Sterling’s YouTube video. It’s very rewarding to see ClockWork being so well received and earning fresh fans worldwide. The team at Gamesoft have poured thousands and thousands of hours of hard work over two years into creating a compelling narrative and puzzle-platforming experience. This level of excitement is really pushing us to put the finishing touches on the world of Watchtower as we approach full release on Steam.”
Congratulations to the team for this achievement! Those who still want to vote can do so on the official Steam Greenlight page before it is officially approved and launches on PC and MAC in Q3 2016.
