Megan Fox lends likeness and persona to new main character in Stormfall: Rise of Balur
Plarium was excited to announce a deal with actress Megan Fox (known for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Transformers) to lend her likeness and persona to a new main character in their successful massively multiplayer online strategy role-playing game, Stormfall: Rise of Balur, which is available on both iOS and Android.
Megan Fox will be lending her talents to Amelia Delthanis, Captain of the High Council Guard. Amelia’s strong-willed demeanor has caused her to cut ties with her highborn upbringing in order to take up the sword and pursue the path of a warrior. She serves as mentor and guide to players joining the fight to save Stormfall from the assault of darkness, and is the first in a series of updates over the coming months.
Megan Fox stated, “I’m really excited to play the role of Amelia in Stormfall. Not only do I get a chance to lead players through the beginning of the game, but it’s fun to play a very empowered, strong female character.”
“We are thrilled to have Megan become the new face for the Stormfall franchise, one of our most beloved games since Stormfall: Age of War came out on social networks in 2011”, said Gabi Shalel, VP of Marketing at Plarium. “Megan’s experience in other blockbuster franchises and action films means that she will be a great addition to our game.”
In addition, Plarium has shared a behind-the-scenes video of Megan filming the online-only commercials for the game, which you can check out below:
