Red Bull has shared the fifth episode of Cultivation: House of Snake Eyez, which you can view below:
The above video shows off what Darryl “Snake Eyez” Lewis learned during his training in Japan, and how it affected his approach to the matches as the Capcom Cup Finals approached. You can check out a bonus episode below:
In terms of the Capcom Cup Finals, Snake Eyez fought against several other players as he attempted to claim the title of “Best Street Fighter Player in the World”. He suffered a shocking 2-0 loss in the very first round against a Brazilian player known as Keoma, with his Zangief being crushed by Keoma’s Abel.
This didn’t keep him down, however, as he quickly changed up strategies and utilized his back up character, Evil Ryu, to defeat his next opponent, Gackt’s, main character, Fei Long. He proceeded to move through the Losers Round with Zangief, earning a rematch with Keoma.
Face to face with Keoma agan, Snake Eyez managed to earn redemption with a 3-1 victory. He was deeated again by Daigo in the sixth round.
When the tournament was finished, Kazunoko emerged victorious after a set of matches against Daigo. Snake Eyez himself managed to earn fifth place.
Darryl “Snake Eyez” Lewis commented on this, stating, “I’m happy about taking 5th place and winning $10,000. I’ve played a lot of good players, especially Keoma. It gave me a new perspective about players that you don’t know and what to expect from them—especially because I can’t study them like they could study me.”
