Pumped BMX + grinds onto Xbox One and Steam

Yesterday the indie developer Yeah Us! and Curve Digital were thrilled to announce that Pumped BMX +, the extreme big-screen follow-up to the addictive BMX game mobile series, has been made available worldwide on Xbox One and PC (via Steam) complete with a 20% launch day discount that will last for two weeks. Playstation 3, 4, and Vita versions will arrive complete with cross-buy compatibility on September 22, 2015, and the Wii U version will arrive on October 1, 2015.

Pumped BMX + has players ride through increasingly challenging levels as you attempt to pull off as many crazy and impressive trick combos that you can. It features more than 500 challenges and over 50 courses for you to attempt to use your best stunts in the race to reach the top of the leader boards.

Adam Hunt, Director at Yeah Us!, spoke on the game’s success, stating, “This game started as a ‘learn to code’ project in my spare time – I never dreamed it would be this successful. It seems like just yesterday I was celebrating having built a game, and now here I am celebrating a sequel on actual real-life consoles! It’s mind blowing. I’m totally humbled by the huge support we’ve had from our community – this game wouldn’t exist without them – and I hope everyone enjoys it. This really is the ultimate Pumped experience!”

“It has been an honor working on such a loved franchise, and developing the game with Adam has been a blast,” Jason Perkins, Managing Director of Curve Digital, added. “Pumped BMX + was always made with the community and fans at the forefront of our minds, and we can’t wait for them to get their hands on it and enjoy a brand new Pumped experience.”

Pumped BMX + is priced at $9.99/€9.99/£7.99 and, as mentioned earlier, features a 20% launch discount for the first two weeks of release on each platform.
