Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate Sold Over 1 Million Copies in the West
In a recent press release publisher Capcom said that Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate since its release in February there have been sold more than one million copies in the US and Europe. This is considered to be a huge step for the first entry in the series.
In order to celebrate reaching this number, Capcom announced that Nintendo 3DS Monster Hunter theme will be free next month as a gift for the game’s fans. The statistics refer to the copies sold in retails stores, but also to the digital copies sold via Nintendo eShop. Even if in Japan were sold most copies, the numbers show that the interest grows in other regions too.
