Bungie.net has revealed the full details on the tweaks and fixes with the latest update patch for Destiny, Update 1.1.2. The update will be available for the game starting today on all platforms for Destiny.
The new update patch boasts a feature that should get the Destiny faithful excited in the increase for the Vault capacity. The vault for the game will now feature 24 armor slots, 36 weapon slots and 24 General item slots. Various other tweaks, improvements and additions have been made. You can check out the full list of changes at the above link.
Another fix that has been made is that players will no longer lose ammo when they switch weapons while dead. For some cosmetic changes, the purple ball has been reborn in the Tower as an interactive sphere. The purple ball has a parallaxed energy core that grows with object velocity and tints based on what time of day it is.
In addition, players can now choose to wear their helmets in the social space for the game. The Crota’s Bane Reputation rewards on Eris Morn’s bounties have been increased. Those little Quest loot pyramid baubles that frequently drop in the game will now be easier to spot. They were previously very tiny before and easy to miss.
Destiny is currently available for PS3, PS4, Xbox One and Xbox 360. Bungie just announced the release date for Destiny Expansion II: House of Wolves, which will finally drop on May 19.
