According to a recent post on Major Nelson’s official website, the most requested feature for Xbox 360 through the Xbox Feedback page, more external space, will be fixed with the next system update. The feature will be available at first only to the Preview Program members which was expanded to the Xbox 360 console last month, and if you’re not a member you’ll benefit from it later this year.

Once with the system update you’ll be able to use up to 2TB external memory to store your data. Also, there won’t be any reserved space in advance on your hard drive. More details can be found through the link above.

If you are using 16GB of hard drive space for games – we will only take 16GB of space. And just like today – you will be able to use two external drives at a time.
