HTC has today unveiled the HTC One M9.
At its press conference at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the company officially unveiled its new flagship phone, following the excellent M7 and M8 iterations.
The new smartphone, which will be available in mid-March in NA, EMEA and APAC regions, runs on Android 5.0, using Sense 7 and featuring an octa-core 2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, and includes 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory, though HTC says it will likely have about 21GB of available storage, after the software and its updates are taken into consideration.
The M9 sports a 5-inch 1080p screen and a 2840mAh battery, which comes out to about 21 hours of talk time. The rear-facing camera is now 20-megapixels, has 4K video recording capabilities, and a f/2.2 and 27.8mm lens. The front-facing camera is now the UltraPixel (4MP) lens and the unibody is dual-toned.
The BoomSound speakers now use Dolby Surround audio (5.1) and the phone will be available in gun-metal grey, silver, gold and pink.
