Forza Horizon 2 introduces Fast & Furious standalone expansion for Turn 10 and Playground Games racing game!
The expansion is set prior to the events of Furious 7, the latest instalment in the movie franchise due for release in cinemas in 3rd April, and will be available ahead of the film’s release date. What is more interesting is that the expansion will be completely free to download until 10th April as promotion for the movie and doesn’t require a copy of Forza Horizon 2 to play!
“We’ve been talking with the folks at Turn 10 for a number of years and have always wanted to work together,” said Bill Kispert, Universal’s Executive VP of Digital Licensing. “It was a matter of schedules, capacity and a film coming together at the right time. It finally has, and we’re excited to collaborate with Turn 10.
It’s kind of been a grand experiment. I hope what we’re doing here is a model for what we do in the future. It’s been a great relationship, and I don’t want to end it after this, so we’ll see what’s possible in the future.” said Kispert
Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast & Furious will be available from March 27th for Xbox One and Xbox 360, and will be free to download until April 10th, after which time it’ll cost $9.99.
