2015’s Call of Duty Comes from Treyarch

by on February 7, 2015

Activision has confirmed that Treyarch is developing the Call of Duty title for 2015. Even if the details of the next Call of Duty are not far away of being released to the press and consumers, CEO Eric Hirshberg made the announcement about the developer behind the new project.

Treyarch is not unfamiliar with the COD series, having three titles until now: Call of Duty: World at War, Call of Duty: Black Ops and Black Ops II. It seems that the Black Ops games “remain the biggest-selling titles in franchise history” according to Activision’s boss.

“This fall’s game will be Treyarch’s first on the three-year development cycle. It will be loaded with innovation, and we’re excited to share more details with our community soon.”

How do you think will the next Call of Duty game be called? Will it be Call of Duty: Black Ops III, World at War II or will it have a new name?
