Nintendo reveals ad revenue sharing with YouTubers
Nintendo has today revealed the “Creator’s Program” – an initiative that will offer ad revenue sharing to YouTubers that feature Nintendo products in their videos.
According to GamesIndustry.Biz, the program will give YouTubers 70 percent of advertising revenue if they register with the program, and register their entire channel. If they register a standalone video, the revenue sharing is only 60 percent.
It should be interesting to see if video producers will take advantage of the program, or continue to do things on their own.
