2016’s Assassin’s Creed Could Be Set in Japan
A lot of Assassin’s Creed‘s fans wish to play a title settled in Feudal Japan, but their wish wasn’t granted. However, in 2016 there a chances to play such a game if we follow some clues planted in the Piggyback Assassin’s Creed: Unity: Official Guidebook, 2013’s Official Piggyback guide for Black Flag, The Art of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag and the Abstergo Entertainment Employee Handbook.
In one of the books already mentioned there is a picture of some Abstergo Lab that have a giant flatscreen. On that flatscreen we find images from all previous series’ titles like the Middle-Eastern churches of the first Assassin’s Creed, Santa Maria del Fiore from Assassin’s Creed II’s Florence, a tropical island from Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, Notre Dame in Paris from Assassin’s Creed: Unity and the Houses of Parliament in London from the upcoming Assassin’s Creed: Victory.
But next to those pictures there is one more, of the Sensoji Temple from Japan, which can indicate a possible location for 2016’s Assassin’s Creed game. What do you think about this rumour? Will you play an Assassin’s Creed title settled in Feudal Japan?
