Operation Abyss arrives in April
Nippon Ichi Software America was excited to announce that their new dungeon crawler RPG known as Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy, will be arriving exclusively for the PlayStation Vita on April 14, 2015 (North America) and April 17, 2015 (Europe) in both physical and digital formats.
The game, for those unaware, is a sci-fi dungeon crawler RPG set in a near future Tokyo. The city is under the constant threat of genetically engineered monsters known as the Variants, and now strange portals leading to a mysterious dimension known as the Abyss have begun emerging. In order to combat the threat, the government established the Code Physics Agency. The agency’s Xth Squad, which is a unique group of teens modified by the CPA’s Code technology, will need to evade traps and face down powerful foes as they investigate the mystery behind the Abyss.

Robust Customization System Recruit and train a unique group of six Xth members to venture into the Abyss. Customize each member from one of ten distinct Blood Codes. Each Xth member’s appearance, class, personality, morality, and stats may be molded to the player’s preference.
