Sony Offers Refunds for Those Disappointed by H1Z1

by on January 16, 2015

H1Z1 is another example of a game rushed to market in a disastrous form, it’s unfinished, unpolished, and for some it simply doesn’t work (just like most Early Access games). SOE’s John Smedley came forward and announced that everyone who’s not happy with H1Z1 can get a refund for a limited time:

“Refunds – if you are upset about the airdrop P2W issue and want a refund email [email protected] and we will take care of you. Please note we are NOT doing this through Steam. We’re doing it ourselves. This will be a no questions asked policy. Please note – if you want your refund request it now – this offer is good until Monday.”

He also noted that this is not available for those who purchased the game via Steam. It’s unlikely for this offer to be available anytime soon, so if you truly feel that H1Z1 isn’t even close to what you’ve expected — go ahead, and get your money back.
