Less than a week after the launch of the new Dark Below DLC for Destiny, a player by the name of “EnormousTrash” has already hit level 32.
I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. How did he do it? He created a total of 5 characters in order to run the new raid five times this week. And because Destiny only allows you to have a maximum of 3 characters at the same time, he deleted two of them after reaching their “goal”. He simply made them to level 20, put the best gear he had on them, run the raid, and then delete them and go all over again. That seems extremely tedious.
This, of course, could’ve taken much longer if Destiny’s RNG gods would’ve given him ascendant energy instead of shards. But he got what he wished for and he is now the first level 32 character in the game.
This shows that, even after all the bullcrap thrown at Bungie for not caring about its most dedicated players, there are still devoted and just as dedicated gamers who will take farming and grinding to a whole new dimension. So what would you do? Will you try the same technique with creating multiple characters or will you just wait a few more weeks in order to do it the normal way?
