Share Play Limited to 720p on PS4

One of the most exciting feature from the upcoming PlayStation 4 update 2.0 is the Share Play function. Using it, you can invite your friends to join your game even if they don’t own it. Of course, the invitation is limited to a certain amount of time and won’t unlock trophies for the guest.

But not everything is pink, as this function will only enable the guest to play in 720p and will suffer from frame-rate hits. However, you’ll still be able to try out a game for free, and decide if you want to buy it or not.
