Codemasters has announced a new digital Xbox 360 release called Toybox Turbos, as a spiritual successor to the classic Micro Machines series.
The develober created Micro Machines back in 1991, and because they don’t have the license any longer, only the know-how, the new game will be titled different than the others games in the series.
“It’s time for a slice of retro Codies arcade racing like out of the nineties with our new game Toybox Turbos,” says the description of the announcement trailer.“Bursting with multiplayer fun to share with your friends and family, Toybox Turbos takes you to kitchen tables, pool halls and science labs in this manic, miniaturised table top racer!”
Toybox Turbos is coming soon to Xbox 360 for £11.99. It includes 18 circuits, 35 vehicles, and local and online multiplayer support.
