Eugene (North America) and Goldust (EU) square off as the PlayStation Plus battles move to the wrestling ring.
A new month comes and the two regions decide to step into the wrestling ring to prove their dominance. North America walks down to the ring as a strange theme plays, wearing a garb similar to Eugene. When they arrive, the challenger, the EU appears, dressed as Goldust, hoping to take down their foes once and for all.
At first glance, one would think that Goldust would be able to easily take out Eugene, but whether the Bizarre One simply feels sorry for the man or he was up too late the previous night doing other things, we do not know. It comes as a surprise as he just stands still, not doing a single thing.
Eugene, oddly enough, decides to take the offensive, delivering a series of blows to the Bizarre One in the form of things such as Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 (PS3. Regular: $39.99, Sale: $19.99, PlayStation Plus: $17.99), Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2: Revelations (PS3. Regular: $7.99, Sale: $3.99, PlayStation Plus: $3.59), Castlevania: Mirror of Fate (PS3. Regular: $14.99, Sale: $7.49, PlayStation Plus: $6.74), Futuridium Ep Deluxe (PS4/Vita. Regular: $12.49, PlayStation Plus: $9.99), and Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance (PS3. Regular: $19.99, Sale: $9.99, PlayStation Plus: $8.99).You can see the full list of blows here.
Goldust/the EU falls to the mat and Eugene/North America quickly pins him. The referee, stunned by the spectacle, hesitates before sliding down to the mat and counting. The former neglects to kick out, and Eugene/North America is crowned the champion of this week.
Will the EU manage to make a combat? Or has the decisive victory this week ensured that North America will claim yet another month in the PlayStation Plus battles? We promise to keep you updated, but for now, happy gaming!
