Grand Theft Auto V for PS4, Xbox One, PC gets release dates

Rockstar Games has today announced the official release dates for the current-gen and PC versions of Grand Theft Auto V.

The Xbox One and PS4 versions will be released on Nov. 18, while the PC version will be available on Jan. 27, 2015.

Aside from the obvious visual upgrades, the current-gen versions will include new activities, new vehicles, denser traffic, additional wildlife, new activities, increased draw distance, new foliage and enhanced damage and weather effects.

Even GTA V’s radio will have 100 new songs and DJ mixes across all of the game’s 17 stations.

Players who pre-order the game will receive $1,000,000 in-game cash that can be used within GTA V and GTA Online.

Some of the vehicles will include those across various games in the series such as the Dukes, Dodo Seaplane and Blimp.  As for GTA Online, there will be an increased player count for up to 30 players. Those with existing players on the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game, can transfer their current GTA Online characters and progression to the PS4 and Xbox One.
