Recently the Humble Store people decided to launch the End of Summer Sale, which will feature daily discounts, flash deals, and even some free games every Monday.
The first title up in the latter category is Warlock: Master of the Arcane, which is free for another 13 hours as of the time of this article. This game is a turn-based strategy title developed by Ino-Co Plus and developed by Paradox. The game features three races, Humans, Monsters, and Undead, that each feature different styles.
Humans in the game are specialized in gold production. Undead, on the other hand, are best suited to produce Mana, which sustains their race. Finally, the Monster race is the best of the three at producing food. The three races balance out quite well, resulting in three distinct styles.
Back to the End of Summer Sale, the Humble storefront lists several prominent releases on the landing page with other regular sales buried. Some of the featured sales include Batman: Arkham Asylum: Game of the Year Edition for $4.99, The Wolf Among Us (full series) for $9.99, and Murdered: Soul Suspect for $14.99. Those more interested in horror titles can pick up the acclaimed Amnesia: The Dark Descent for $4.59. As usual, 10% of all proceeds generated during the sale will go to help charity.
The End of Summer Sale will run until September 22, 2014, and is worth checking out from time to time even if you have no interest in the games on sale. After all, you can pick up some free games during the special event.
