PC games sales are 92% digital

Valve launches Steam Reviews system.

Analyst firm DFC Intelligence revealed today that over 92% from the PC games sales of 2013 were made through digital services, with less than 10% being sold in retail form. The firm also expect for those numbers to be raising early, until they reach 100%.

While games are sold mostly in retail form on consoles, PC gamers prefer the awesome discounts they get by buying their games digitally. After a quick look on several websites, we managed to discover that a digital game can be even ten times cheaper then the same title in disc format. Amazing, right?
