UPDATE: Apparently, this was a glitch that’s now solved. Thank God!
EA’s never been popular in a good way, as they only tried to implement features that would benefit them financially and screw the consumer. One good example of that kind of feature being the Online Pass, which was shortly discontinued. Another great example is what EA is trying to do now with Xbox One demos.
They are charging you $4,99 for each demo you want to try from their portfolio of games. The demos were originally free, so we can hope that this is only a mistake and not another brilliant feature from the great guys at EA. Ever wondered why EA won the worst company award for three years in a row? That’s why.
But let’s hope this is only a bug on the Xbox Live Marketplace!
