Blizzard broke the silence about the launch of their single-player campaign for Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft, called Curse of Naxxramas. Community manager Aratil has posted on the Battle.net forum that the release window of the new mode is the month of July.
“Just wanted to give everyone a head’s up that we are currently targeting to release Curse of Naxxramas during the month of July” the post says. “Unfortunately, we still have a lot of implementing and bug fixing to get through, so please stay tuned! With that said, we are also targeting to reveal pricing details regarding Curse of Naxxramasnext week on July 1, so please keep an eye out for that.”
According to a previous announcement, the new mode will be launched simultaneously on Windows, iPad and Mac. The access to the campaign will be granted by paying an amount of in-game gold or real money, prices of that expected to be announced next week as the post said. Curse of Naxxramas will send the players to face off against undead bosses across five different scenarios, unlocking new cards and guaranteeing everyone a legendary card at the end of the campaign: Baron Rivendare.
With this kind of news, you can start to collect lots of gold until the end of July if you don’t want to pay money for Curse of Naxxramas. Good luck!
