Deadbreed enters Early Access phase next month.

The upcoming MOBA, Deadbreed, will be available for Early Access on July 1, the team has revealed, and in order to celebrate Friday the 13th, they have decided to add in Corpus (a hero in the game) to all of the game’s Early Access packages.

Stefan Ljungqvist, Creative Director of the team, stated, “We should have released the teaser trailer earlier, however I ended up at the emergency room with my son that evening and we couldn’t get this out until now. I am not superstitious, and there’s absolutely no evidence that Friday the 13th is unlucky, or that the full moon changes human behavior, but after that day I might need to reconsider.”

It was certainly a special Friday the 13th, as the moon was also full in the sky. These two events are rather rare, with the last time they occurred at once being in October of 2000. The next time they will occur will be in August 2049.

But for those more curious about the game in question, Deadbreed is a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) title utilizing RPG features. The team believes that it will appeal to all gamers who want a deep, hardcore gaming experience and greater influence on how their character both looks and plays.
