After being wrongfully terminated from Bungie’s board of directors, Marty O’Donnell has decided to sue the company for unpaid benefits.

According to the lawsuit filled against Bungie’s CEO, O’Donnell claims that the company has to compensate him for “unused vacation time, paid time off, and other benefits,”.

“Ryan has caused Bungie to violate applicable law and the Company’s policies and practices regarding payment of O’Donnell’s accrued but unpaid vacation time, paid time off, sabbatical time, and other benefits,” he said.

Marty O’Donnell is the composer for Halo’s original theme, and worked for over a decade at Bungie.
