Is killing zombies a form of murder?

“I’m not a murderer,” the man in the below trailer states, but is he telling the truth? Check it out and share your opinion on whether he is indeed a murderer after he does everything in the newest Dying Light trailer, or if he should bear no guilt whatsoever.

While it’s true that zombies aren’t exactly the most original fare in gaming (or really any other form of media), Techland does seem to have a few interesting ideas for them in mind. One example would be the day/night cycle in the upcoming title, scheduled for release in 2015. During the daytime the zombies are the standard slow and dumb creatures we’re all used to. Once night hits, however, they change, becoming fast and vicious, not to mention much more deadly predators.

What are your thoughts on the above question and what we’ve seen of Dying Light so far?
