by on May 14, 2014

Soon all Xbox Live subscribers will be able to acces the entertainment apps and services available for Xbox 360 and Xbox One, without needing a gold subscription! Until now, only the Xbox Live Gold subscribers were allowed to enjoy these apps.

“Xbox 360 has been a leader in delivering entertainment experiences for years, with over 170 global entertainment apps and experiences available today. We’re constantly adding new partners and experiences to the growing catalogue on Xbox One,” Phil Spencer said for the Xbox Wire. “Coming in June, anyone with an Xbox will be able to access popular entertainment experiences – whether or not you have an Xbox Live Gold membership.”

That means you’ll be able to download and enjoy apps and services like Twitch, Upload, Machinima, Netflix, Univision Deportes, HBO Go, GoPro, Red Bull TV, MLB.TV, NBA Game Time, NHL Game Center, the NFL App and more, as well as “Microsoft experiences” like Internet Explorer, Skype, OneDrive and OneGuide, without having to buy an Xbox Live Gold subscription.

You can find a full list of apps and features that will be available below.
