SteamWorld Dig half off on Steam
Today it was revealed that the popular title, SteamWorld Dig, long sale during which its price will be cut in half. The sale begins today and ends on May 4, with the game being available on PC, Mac, and Linux for $4.99 (or the equivalent if you are not in the US). In addition to this sale, the developers revealed that there will be some new content added into the game.
For those unaware, SteamWorld Dig has received several Game of the Year nominations and awards praising its immersive gameplay, unique mechanics, and “stunning presentation”. The game certainly seems to be well-loved by those who have played the title, receiving high scores from almost every site that has reviewed it.
If you already have the game and aren’t that excited about the new content coming your way, there’s one more announcement the developers have made. Namely that you can pick up the official soundtrack for the game at a price of $0.99. The soundtrack contains all nine of the game’s tracks, which have been composed and recorded by Mattias Hammarin and Jonas Kjellberg. In addition, Fallen Tree has remastered the tracks in high-definition to make them sound even better.
