Dracula 5 arrives on Android later this month
The Dracula series has sold more than a million and a half games throughout the world, sending a shiver down the spines of many adventure fans. It will arrive on Android on April 29, 2014, and is currently available on iOS.
The previous game in the series, Dracula 4: The Shadow of the Dragon, introduced an art restorer in charge of identifying a piece of art that reappeared in Budapest shortly after supposedly vanishing in the ocean. This woman, Ellen Cross, followed her curiosity, which took her on a journey around the world.
Dracula 5 picks up right where 4 left off, placing you back in the shoes of Ellen Cross. She is still unveiling all the secrets behind the painting and will have to overcome many dangers along her journey.
The game takes place in the first-person perspective and utilizes a 360-degree view and click and point-to-move system. Said the developers, “Observation and reflection are necessary for the players to overcome the dangers on their way. Players must interact with the environment, combine and use advisedly the objects gathered on their way or unlock more or less complex mechanisms.”
The game includes more than fifteen new puzzle games and several different brain-twisters that you will need to solve. Some examples include having to find your way in a foggy maze and turning an electric sign on. If you are ever afraid of losing your track in the story, all of the important information is gathered in a journal, so you can check in it at any time to catch up.
Will Ellen be able to survive her adventures?
