Mario Golf: World Tour DLC packs nearly double game’s content
According to a press release by Nintendo today, downloadable content packs for their upcoming Mario Golf title will nearly double the amount of content you will be able to enjoy.
The title without DLC contains 10 courses and 126 holes, which is an amount equivalent to previous games in the franchise. When combined with the extensive multiplayer modes and tournaments (both regional and worldwide), some fans may feel that the game is already offering plenty. Of course, there are always those that want more.
The new DLC packs announced are aimed at the latter group. The DLC packs will introduce a total of 108 additional holes and several different Mushroom Kingdom golfers. It will come in three separate packs, with the first, the Mushroom Pack, launching on the same day as the game, May 2. The second pack, the Flower Pack, launches the same month, with the third, the Star Pack, launching in June.
Each pack contains two new 18-hole courses and a new character. The first pack includes Toadette, the second includes Nabbit, and the third will contain Rosalina.
