BioWare announces Dragon Age III: Inquisition release date
That’s right, Dragon Age fans, BioWare has finally revealed the release date of the third entry in their popular role-playing game for both North America and Europe. The game will arrive both in stores and as a digital download on October 7, 2014 in North America and October 10, 2014 for Europe.
For those that haven’t been following the game, the story is that the expansive, beautiful world of Thedas is being torn apart by a massive and mysterious breach in the sky. You have to assume the role of the Inquisitor and lead a team of legendary heroes in order to uncover the truth behind the impending devastation.
Aaryn Flynn, General Manager of BioWare Edmonton and Montreal, stated, “Our goal with Dragon Age: Inquisition is to usher in the next-generation of role playing games. Players will experience the rich storylines and characters that they’ve come to expect from BioWare, in an expansive world with large open environments just begging to be explored.”
