Turtle Beach is showing off a new PS4 headset this weekend at PAX East.
The Ear Force P12 headset is set to hit July 10 for $59.95. It is being designed for both the PS4 and Vita.
“Consumers associate the Turtle Beach brand with high-quality, feature-rich gaming headsets,” said Juergen Stark, Chief Executive Officer of Parametric Sound Corp. “With our market share gains at the end of 2013 and our strong line-up of products for 2014, I am confident our headset business is well-positioned for growth as the console transition accelerates.”
The headset needs just one USB connection to be used. It features a microphone monitor and adjust bass boost, as well as an inline amplifier to control the volume and boost.
More headsets are expected to be announced this summer for the PS4 from Turtle Beach after the company reached a partnership agreement with Sony Computer Enterta in January.
The P12 headset can be pre-ordered at the Turtle Beach website.
