Amy Hennig Joins EA

Amy Hennig, one of the most successful and respected video game writers in the industry, left Naughty Dog back in March and sources claimed that Hennig was “forced out” by The Last of Us’ Neil Druckmann and Bruce Straley, and explained that Uncharted may now come under their control.

But it looks like Hennig found a new home at EA’s Visceral Games, the studio responsible for Dead Space and Dante’s Inferno. It looks like she is working on a new Star Wars game. Proven that she is a huge Star Wars fan, we may see a very good title coming out when the project is finished, although there isn’t much more info about it.

This is great news for Star Wars fans and EA alike, since Amy proved her skills with Uncharted and Legacy of Kain. We’ll just have to wait and see, maybe EA will shed some light at this year’s E3.
