Initially planned to be released last year, Watch Dogs has suffered a delay and since then Ubisoft have been dead silent regarding the game. The wait for new information is over, because today the french publisher has confirmed a new launch date for their highly awaited game and have released a trailer that fleshes out the story of Watch Dogs. Gamers will be able to take control of Aiden Pearce and use his hacking abilities on 27th May when the game launches for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. A Wii U version of the game will be released at a later, momentarily unconfirmed date.
Additionally, Sony has announced Watch Dogs bundles for both their consoles, PS4 and PS3, that will be available on launch day. Also, PlayStation versions of the game will include 60 minutes of exclusive gameplay.
