Pokémon on the Oculus Rift has been revealed
Earlier we had discussed playing The Legend of Zelda on the Oculus Rift, and now something new has been revealed. Those who were wondering what Pokémon 3D would look like in the Oculus Rift can now find out, courtesy of the folks over at Vaecon.
For those unaware, this puts you in the shoes of your trainer as you seek to become a Pokémon master. There are a few drawbacks, such as the dialogue being well to the bottom of each lens, thus making it difficult to read. The battle commands also tend to sit far to the right, and the person wearing the Rift has to tilt his head far to the left (or right) to see what he’s buying.
These drawbacks are to be expected though, as the narrator explains that the game is in beta. These issues should be fixed by the time it becomes publicly available.
What do you think of this new Oculus Rift game?
